Service fees will be confirmed in writing before the start of any work
Payments are due according to the agreement terms outlined in your invoice or service contract
We do not store credit card or banking information on our servers
Invoices are issued by ShieldSolutions, and may appear on your billing statement under the name EquiShield

5. Refund Policy

All services are time-based and custom-delivered. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

In rare cases where a partial refund is approved, it will be issued at our sole discretion, based on how much work has been completed.

If your service agreement includes any refund-specific terms, they will be honored accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, systems, and processes shared by ShieldSolutions remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended purpose only.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShieldSolutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our document support or consulting services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Ontario.
